Mohammed Al Shalloudi, Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager

I turn real-world operations into shipped software, owning the problem and the decisions while directing AI agents to build it.

Four lanes, run at once.

Most people pick a lane. My work happens where they meet: the data tells me what the operation actually needs, product turns that into decisions, delivery keeps it honest, and AI agents give me the speed of a team.

All lanes
  1. Lane 1: Data

Two seasons running the data behind a 27,000-athlete championship.

  2. Lane 2: Product

Scope, decisions and trade-offs, written down and numbered.

  3. Lane 3: Delivery

Staging first, gated releases, nothing ships without passing CI.

  4. Lane 4: AI agents

Parallel agent lanes do the implementation. I set direction and review.

UAE School Games platform

Every person, school and record on screen is synthetic. The product, its screens and its behaviour are real.

A national school-sports league ran on spreadsheets. I took an AI-generated prototype to a production platform: bilingual public site, coach portal, admin console, results publishing, relationship management and an offline-first marshal check-in app.

My role. Product owner and delivery lead: scope, architecture, 260+ numbered decisions, review and release. Claude Code agents implemented in parallel lanes.

An inherited WooCommerce store with untracked vendor-theme edits and no staging. I set up an isolated staging clone, source control and gated CI/CD, then moved the custom code into a tested plugin behind feature flags.

My role. Tech lead and planner: audit, roadmap, decision log and release plan. AI agents implemented under review.

Splits

Audit taught me to distrust numbers until they reconcile. Data operations taught me what a real operation needs. Product is where both pay off.
